    Hi Tim, please contact our team at [email protected] and they should be able to help you. Generally the accounts you register in the web browser in Zendesk are separate from the accounts you use in our mobile app. In case you haven't registered in our mobile app you can go ahead and do so from the Settings menu! In case that wasn't your issue a spell check will likely solve your issue. If all else fails feel free to contact the support e-mail above and we're happy to help you out!

    What happened to the Android article for updating firmware?  Running the Android app, clicking on the SBP, selecting Software Update... just goes to a blank screen.  Please help!

    App version 1.1.7 and firmware 1.0.6

    can you update the app for the mac (computer) to be able to update from that instead of using the app. its not working on my android phone....

    iOS. Firmware update stuck at 18%. Not moving. Any ideas?

    Hi Andrew, did you try to re-start the firmware update? If yes, does it always get stuck at 18%? Its a strange bug since we haven't heard of it before. Please contact our customer support and we help you asap!

    Hi,

    I'm felling very frustrated. I cannot update the firmware because my Pulse disconnected from the app every time I try. I get this error message: "Sound Brenner Pulse Disconnected. An error occurred while trying to connect to the firmware update service of Soundbrenner Pulse."
    I have tried about 10 times. I have reset the unit, too. Nothing helps.
    My phone is a Galaxy S8. Please can you tell me where the problem could be?

    Hello Martin, 

    We're sorry for the issues you are having with the firmware update. Currently, we are having troubles updating the firmware using Android 8. Our team is working hard on the issue and soon we'll be able to release the fix. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. 

    You may try to update the firmware with a different mobile device which is not using Android 8.

    I've had the same trouble like Martín. I had a Moto x4, and the trouble go on. I couldn't update the firmware (specially battery service) because the metronome disconnected from the app before the actualization finish. I hope you could fix the crash beacause the battery really need the actualization. I full charged the metronome the first time, i used it less than two hours and the battery dead. o.o
