Hi Tim, please contact our team at support@soundbrenner.com and they should be able to help you. Generally the accounts you register in the web browser in Zendesk are separate from the accounts you use in our mobile app. In case you haven't registered in our mobile app you can go ahead and do so from the Settings menu! In case that wasn't your issue a spell check will likely solve your issue. If all else fails feel free to contact the support e-mail above and we're happy to help you out!

What happened to the Android article for updating firmware?  Running the Android app, clicking on the SBP, selecting Software Update... just goes to a blank screen.  Please help!

App version 1.1.7 and firmware 1.0.6
